Raydient Rural Homesteads

Acreage range: up to 24 acres

If you crave a more peaceful life in the country with space to breathe and room to grow, our country homes and homesteading properties may be a perfect fit.

What is a homestead?

These smaller land parcels are set within larger residential communities with convenient access to big cities and small towns. This gives you the space and freedom to create your ideal country home oasis, hobby farm or homestead without having to quit your day job…or walk 5 miles to your nearest neighbor. Country home communities have been thoughtfully designed to blend in with the natural landscape while maintaining an upscale rural neighborhood feel.

Properties are raw-land-turn-key and include: road-front fencing and gate, driveways and culverts, space for well and septic, limited zoning restrictions (which means you can bring your chickens, horses, etc.), a clear title and survey and a convenient location. Everything you need to hit the ground running with your country home plans.

Benefits of a Raydient Homestead
Easy Access
You don't need a 4-wheel drive to get to your Homestead. We ensure easy access.
Natural Features
Whether it be a lake, a field or an assortment of wildlife, we maintain a hands-off mentality when it comes to the natural features in your area.
Rural Places Fence & Gate
Our signature Rural Places fence and gate, a staple in the community, affirms your Homestead destination.
Culverts & Driveways
This is another feature that we often take care of for our Homesteads in preparation for your big move to your newly acquired property.
Proximity to city
Our Homesteads ensure accessible proximity to the city, including many dining, shopping, employment and educational options.
Clear title and Accurate Survey
We do the legwork for you, making the time it takes to start building and living on your property much shorter.

Enhancements For Raydient Homesteads May Include:

  • A survey to ensure all boundaries are correct (normally, a buyer has to pay to have a survey done during the purchase process)
  • Title work to ensure the property has a clean title, which means no one else can claim to own the property
  • Some fencing and a gate at a suggested entrance point to the property
  • Markers on property corners
  • Appropriate environmental permitting
  • Non-invasive covenants for all properties within the Homestead to ensure your land investment is protected
  • Road frontage improvements (mowing and / or mulching)
  • Culverts and driveways

It's good to get out in the country and get on your tractor. I mean it's work, but it's still therapy. And that's one of the beauties of what Raydient is doing here!

- Dan Powell

We’re both country people and we wanted to be out here in the country. It’s quieter and you trust your neighbors, it’s more of a community -- it’s tight out here, we look out for each other.

- Bullard Family

“If someone is looking for a turn-key property and wants to get their builder started right away, this is the way to go,” says Jason Shearer, who oversees Rural Places. “It’s hard to envision creating a legacy on a half-acre lot in a traditional development. However, Rural Places give you the opportunity to invest, create and connect to the land through your own hard work to make something uniquely yours. Something you would be proud to pass down to your children and grandchildren."
