Russ joined the Southeastern Land Group team in June 2014. Russ graduated from Auburn University in 2002 with a degree in Agricultural Economics.  Prior to working with SELG, Russ worked as a loan officer for First South Farm Credit financing rural land, agriculture and equipment. Russ has a diverse background and established network from his prior experience in financing rural property in South Alabama. Russ also works as the 4th generation on his family's farm where they grow and manage 1600 acres of cotton, peanuts and timber. Russ was recognized by the Realtors Land Institute with an APEX award for sales production in 2018. Russ resides in Andalusia with his wife Claire and twin girls, Amelia and Jane.
